Diary

A personal and behind the lens documentation of my work, both personal and commercial. Inspirations and explanations about what makes me the photographer I am today.

A.P.C. NOTTING HILL

I WAS LUCKY ENOUGH TO BE ASKED BY A.P.C. TO PHOTOGRAPH THEIR NEWEST LONDON STORE IN NOTTING HILL. AS USUAL WOOD WAS A MAIN FEATURE BUT THERE WAS ALSO LOVELY INNOVATIVE FEATURES SUCH AS THE CERAMIC TILES SET INTO WOODEN SLATS RATHER THAN BEING HELD WITH GROWT.  THE GOLD LIGHT FITTING LOOK LIKE THEY HAVE BEEN CUSTOM MADE AND THE GLASS DISPLAY BOX SET INTO THE SEATING WAS A PARTICULARLY NICE TOUCH.

THE THING I LOVE MOST ABOUT ALL A.P.C. STORES IS THE FEELING OF CALM THEY EXUDE, THE TONES, THE MATERIALS AND THE LIGHTING NO MATTER WHERE OR WHAT ALWAYS GIVE YOU THAT ON BRAND FEELING OF RELAXED QUALITY AND COMFORT.
