FOX BROTHERS flannel and cloth makers since 1772 factory visit.

A recent visit to the amazing Fox Brothers factory in Wellington, Somerset. This historic mill, which dates back to 1772, has contributed to some of Nigel Cabourn’s most iconic pieces. From 800-gram double-faced wool on their Donkey Jacket, Raw Flannel on our pinstripe suits to checked tweeds on fishing satchels; Fox Brothers has been a huge part of the Nigel Cabourn journey from the early days.

With such time and dedication it is no wonder this fabric is the favourite choice for past and present style icons such as The Duke of Windsor, Bob Hope, Cary Grant and Gregory Peck. Not to mention former Prime Minister, Sir Winston Churchill who favoured the undeniable quality and handle of Fox Fabrics.
