Restaurant HJEM for Chef Alex Nietosvuori

With 1 Michelin star, Restaurant Hjem is one of the countri’s finest restaurants. it was an honor to shoot a few dishes, the process, and the interior for Alex Nietosvuori.

Working with Chef Alex Nietosvuori and Restaurant Hjem is one of those jobs where you have to pinch yourself and be thankful that this is ‘work’.

It’s rare to even go to an establishment with a star, let alone go foraging with the head chef and watch him cook as you shoot! We foraged with Alex a short while back for a project with VIBERG BOOTS. Alex called me recently to go back to Wall in Northumberland to shoot his interiors for The Wrold’s Best 50 profile. It’s not often I get to combine my fashion work with my sister company and interior photography business FORWARDspace so this was a real treat.
